En mode solutions · Strategic facilitation

Collective intelligence augmented.

Good decisions are born of good conversations. Our craft: making them possible, then drawing out their full meaning. Strategic planning, consultations, conventions, forums, leadership retreats, large-scale consultation tours: we design and facilitate these processes, and we augment them with structured data, rigorous analysis and dashboards that bring clarity. With us facilitating, or supporting your teams.

What sets us apart

Strategic facilitation

Designing and facilitating the meetings where your groups have the conversations that matter, then turning them into the material for every step of the process.

Augmented collective intelligence

With data and AI, every contribution is processed: nothing is lost, and your decisions are informed by everything that was said.

Our services

Six services to move
from dialogue to action

Facilitation is our core craft. The other five services are its extensions: a well-facilitated process also gains from being equipped, analyzed and followed up.

Our core

Facilitation

We facilitate. Or we help you go further.

Leadership retreats, forums, roundtables, strategic planning workshops, team offsites: we facilitate your sessions, from 5 to 500 people. And if your teams already facilitate, we help them go further: preparation, coaching, tools, feedback.

Process design

A clear path, step by step.

We build the plan for your process: who to consult, in what order, with which activities, for what results. Event programs, multi-month journeys, stakeholder engagement plans.

Collaborative tools

From pen and paper to generative AI.

Workshop canvases, note-taking templates, prioritization grids, surveys: ready-to-use tools, designed specifically for your process.

Analysis and synthesis

Hundreds of contributions, one clear direction.

Transcripts, workshop notes, surveys and document collections become synthesis reports, strategic directions and action plans, enriched by AI-assisted environmental scanning and foresight. Processing speeds up; judgment stays human.

Digital tools

Results you can see from the very first session.

Process microsites, live dashboards, interactive action plans, questionnaires, document assistants: your stakeholders see the results, and you decide with the right information.

Ongoing support

Support from one milestone to the next.

Validating an approach, coaching your facilitators, analyzing data, breaking an impasse: we stay in support between the major milestones. You stay in control, and your long processes keep the thread.

Data security and governance

The use of artificial intelligence in our mandates is governed by strict commitments, documented for each mandate and aligned with Quebec’s requirements for the protection of personal information (Law 25).

  • Confidentiality. Your data is never shared or used to train external models.
  • Informed consent. Participants are always informed before any AI tool is used.
  • AI is a choice. Your process can remain entirely analogue, with the same quality of facilitation.

The duo

Two partners.
No intermediaries.

Every mandate is carried out as a duo. Two generalist paths, from psychology to biology, from administration to governance: our strengths complement and reinforce each other at every step, from process design to the analysis of results. You always work directly with the two people who carry your process.

Marie-Jules Bergeron

Marie-Jules Bergeron

Partner and co-founder · Strategic facilitator · M.A. (psychology)

Signature strength: seeing to the details that make the difference in creating rich, lively conversations.

With a master’s degree in psychology, she specializes in group dynamics, the design of participatory workshops and stakeholder engagement. She brings a focus on human processes, the quality of exchanges and the analysis of contributions, so that every voice is heard and faithfully rendered.

Jean-Sébastien Bouchard

Jean-Sébastien Bouchard, ASC

Partner and co-founder · Strategic facilitator · ASC, graduate diploma in business administration, B.Sc. in biology

Signature strength: turning a mass of ideas into a clear direction.

He specializes in strategic facilitation, governance and the integration of artificial intelligence into collaborative processes; he designs the processes, facilitates the sessions and builds the data-analysis tools.

Our foundations

An approach grounded in
recognized frameworks

Our practice is no improvisation: decades of research on collaboration, collective intelligence and organizational learning shape every one of our interventions. We adopt new tools early, on one condition: that they help the group go further without taking the place of dialogue or human judgment.

Explore our five foundations
Ethan Mollick

From co-intelligence to coexistence

Working with AI as a thinking partner, then learning to coexist with it: the future plays out in the interaction, not in replacement.

Douglas Engelbart

The augmentation of intellect

A pioneer of augmenting human intellect through technology. His program directly inspires ours: technology augments the collective, it does not replace it.

Sam Kaner

The diamond of participation

The model that describes the natural phases of a group in decision-making: divergence, the groan zone, convergence. We structure every process around this rhythm.

Marvin Weisbord and Sandra Janoff

The facilitator’s stance

Fully present, almost invisible: adding no noise, letting the signal express itself and helping it become visible to the group.

Peter Senge

The learning organization

The fifth discipline and systems thinking feed our conviction: organizations that learn together are the ones that evolve best.
